Refund policy

This policy is effective from: May 12, 2017

 

Digital content on our site are subject to the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights.
By purchasing digital content on our website you accept that the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Digital content
  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Sealed CD, DVD, Blu-Ray, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, vinyl record, or any audio or video recordings that has been unsealed.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In case of digital content permission is granted to download the purchased file for 30 days after purchase. By purchasing you fully and explicitly agree that by failing to download the purchased content within 30 days you will not be entitled to cancel the order and claim a refund, not even if potentially you may never access the purchased item thereafter. The 30 days does not include those periods when due to technical problems or other reasons the possibility to download is suspended. (After the access data is automatically sent we do not have the possibility to check whether the content has been downloaded by the buyer or not, therefore after 30 days by default we regard every purchased item as having been downloaded.)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

REFUNDS

If you need a refund, send us an email at info@moleman4.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@moleman4.com.

 

SHIPPING

In the event of purchasing purely digital content following the confirmation of successful payment by the Payment Service provider the mode of accessing the content will be automatically sent by the webshop system to the email address used for the purchase. Please note that in case of traffic overload on the site this may take several hours. If the message with the access data still does not arrive after 3-4 hours of the purchase then please check the Spam folder of your mail server to make sure it did not end up there. If it is not in the Spam folder either then let us know by sending a message to one of our addresses.

Before the purchase of physical items please find out about the time and mode of delivery on the data sheet of the given item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
